The Tax Club's Policy
Our philosophy is to combine high ethical standards with solid business services and advice. This philosophy was designed to better serve our clients because with ethics, dedicated service and expert knowledge, Tax Club members do achieve financial success.
The Tax Club is focused on helping each of our clients achieve success by utilizing our business and tax knowledge, and array of services. Moving forward, The Tax Club would like everyone to better understand how we do business. Below we've compiled a list of some questions and answers about our standard policies.
What is the length of my contract?
The length of a contract between a client and The Tax Club depends on the client. With certain memberships there is a monthly service fee that clients have agreed to pay. As long as a client pays their agreed fees, they will be entitled to utilize The Tax Club's unique services. Most Tax Club memberships include year-round accounting assistance and one personal and one business tax return completed each year.
What are Tax Club fees?
The fee structure of The Tax Club varies because clients request and require different services. For example, a business owner that needs help paying his employees' wages and benefits can choose to enroll in our payroll system for an additional fee. An accountant or business advisor can help you determine what services you do and don't need before enrolling in any services.
Is there financing available?
Financing is available. Most packages require a minimum down payment of 20% of the purchase price (any corporate set-up package has a $500 minimum).
Loan terms:
- 90 days same as cash
- 18% APR
- No prepayment penalty
- Monthly payment is approximately 5% of amount financed.
What type of information do I have to provide to The Tax Club?
Business and personal documented information such as, an employee identification number or a W2, will need to be provided in order to accurately complete a tax return. For bookkeeping and recordkeeping an accountant might need to review your business receipts too. It's important to keep track of all your business expenses and report them to an accountant so they can qualify you for the maximum amount of deductions.
What is the privacy policy?
Client information is completely confidential. Any information required to complete your taxes is uploaded into a Virtual Tax Organizer that is password protected and can only be accessed by accounting specialists with full client knowledge. We take the privacy of our clients very seriously and never allow the information our clients provide to be used for any other reason than to complete a client's taxes, incorporation paperwork, bookkeeping, payroll, recordkeeping or business plan.
What if I want to cancel?
If you wish to cancel your services, you can do so at any time. You can cancel your membership, for a full refund, three days after enrolling in the program. If you wish to cancel after the free three day period you can, but should not expect to receive a full refund. You have until your 15th day of enrollment to receive a refund with a 15 percent administration fee.
