There is no a time limit for filing complaints. If you call after hours (9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday) you can leave a message with an outside representative who will forward your message to a Tax Club customer service specialist. Our specialists are usually able to respond to complaints within 24 hours and never more than 72 hours.

What happens after I file a Tax Club complaint?

Once a complaint is received, our trained client service specialists work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Our specialists are trained in virtually every aspect of our operations, and can work swiftly to coordinate the efforts of accountants, billing specialists, bookkeepers, etc.You will be updated throughout the resolution process because we understand that communication is fundamental to client satisfaction.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with the resolution of my Tax Club complaint?
