Gary Milkwick, Vice President
Gary Milkwick is currently the Vice President of Accounting at The Tax Club. Gary previously worked as a director at a regional CPA firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, which provides accounting, tax, and consulting services to small businesses. He started the firm's business valuation and business planning practice, and he oversaw the firm's corporate tax planning operations.

Gary began his career in the Atlanta office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice, working primarily with information technology and telecommunications clients. Gary earned B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Business Administration from The Anderson School at UCLA. He is a licensed CPA and holds real estate broker licenses in California and Georgia.

Joe Rush, EA, Director of Tax Operations
Joe Rush is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS and is currently the Director of Tax Operations at The Tax Club. His prior responsibility was being the Eastern Zone Manager which is the largest zone at the Tax Club. Joe has more than 10 years experience as a tax professional and has been with the company for the past three tax seasons. In addition, he operates his own practice that specializes in tax resolution, and he is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.

Tony Khait, Pacific Zone Manager
Tony Khait has over 10 years experience in tax, business and financial services and is the Pacific Time Zone Manager at The Tax Club. He graduated and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University in May 2000. Tony passed all four parts of the CPA Examination Auditing & Attestation, Business Environment & Concepts, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Regulation. He also acquired his financial licenses and passed his Series 7, Series 6, Series 66, Series 63, Life Insurance & Health Insurance.

Carlos A. Cardoso, EA, ATA Central Zone Manager
Carlos is an Enrolled Agent tax professional licensed by the federal government and an Accredited Tax Advisor involved in preparing, advising and representing all tax-reporting entities such as: Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, Estates and Trusts nationwide for over 9 years and has been with The Tax Club since 2004. Associations include the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.

Ravi Maringanti, Zone Manager for Mountain Zone
Ravi has a CPA from Colorado and is currently Zone Manager for Mountain Zone. Ravi has been with The Tax Club since March 2006 and has been in practice specializing in Accounting, Taxes and Financial Consulting since 2001. Ravi is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India specializing in Asset Protection and Retirement Plans, Business Structuring and Tax Planning.

Luke Kennedy, Director of Operations
Luke Kennedy graduated from Boston University's College of Communications. It was during this time that he was inspired to start his own publishing company in the greater Boston area. Luke grew his publication and expanded it throughout the New England area. After selling his business, he moved to NY and joined The Tax Club. During his tenure at The Tax Club, Luke has assumed many roles ranging from customer service to database management to operations director.

Bert Seither, Business Development
Bert Seither graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Public Relations. After graduating Bert made use of his business and personal skills in America's most competitive city, Manhattan. Bert was one of the first employees to work in the Empire State Building for The Tax Club's business development division. Bert created his own online business called New to NYC which informs those who've recently moved to Manhattan, or are simply traveling through, about city events and interesting places to visit.
